Home Made Bike Hoist

As promised and requested here are the pictures of my home made bike hoist:

This is a very basic home made bike hoist. It serves its purpose, doesn’t move in the wind and was cheaper than buying from the local sports store. I had this bike hanging as a test (since its a junker) and it stayed up for about four months with no problems. All in all I think I would make a home made bike hoist over buying a flimsy one from the department store. There is no way that they could take the amount of weight I put on this without falling down.
